I know how to evolve Electabuzz, you need to trade him to someone else holding an Electirizer, but I know a cheat so you can keep him. First, deposit your Electabuzz holding a Electirizer, but ask for a Level 1 legendary so no one trades. Then, trade ANOTHER Pokemon, then take out your Electabuzz and he will start evolving!
